Ivan N. Nivinskus, a 20-year-old resident of Ramona, California, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2018. The incident occurred just after 8:30 p.m. when the San Diego County Sheriff's Department received reports of possible gunshots and someone yelling in the 15900 block of Wood Rock Lane. Upon arrival, deputies found Nivinskus lying on the ground outside a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
