Jose Pilar Rojas, a 59-year-old resident of Ramona, California, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2022. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 1800 block of La Brea Street, where Rojas was found shot in the head near the yard on the side of his home. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries two days later.
