Tyniell Carter

Tyniell “Tiny” Trenece Carter was a Black woman, age 21, from New Orleans. In mid-January 2011, her name entered public record in two different ways: first through a homicide entry tied to an incident location in the 5100 block of North Rampart Street, and then through a published death notice that placed her passing two days later, on Saturday, January 15, 2011.
