Candis Breanne Beckemeyer, a 15-year-old from Shafter, California, tragically lost her life on April 22, 2018, just two days before her 16th birthday. Candis was attending a house party in South Bakersfield when she was fatally shot. The party was held at a vacant house on Santiago Court, where a group of people had gathered.
