Brandy Jean Meza, a 38-year-old woman from Bakersfield, California, tragically lost her life on May 20, 2017. Her death was ruled a murder-suicide by the Kern County coroner's office. Meza and 71-year-old Eugene Charles Storer were found dead in Storer's apartment on 20th Street. Both had suffered gunshot wounds to the head.
