Desiree Marie Jordan, a 22-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost her life on December 12, 2021. On that fateful night, just after 11 p.m., the Bakersfield Police Department responded to reports of a shooting on Centaur Street, located south of Pacheco Road and east of South H Street.
