Steven Powell, a 28-year-old male from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2011. Powell, also known as "Fat," was born on July 5, 1982. He was the son of Pearl and Oscar Washington and the father of multiple children. His passing was marked by a funeral service held at First Zion Baptist Church in Jefferson, Louisiana, officiated by Pastor Fred Luter. Powell was laid to rest at Providence Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
