Rodrigo Lee Ignacio, a 23-year-old resident of Lodi, California, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2018. The incident occurred in front of his home on North Sacramento Street. According to reports, Rodrigo was approached by three men dressed in black who asked him if he was affiliated with any gang.
