Brian Soto, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2018, in a double homicide incident in Lodi, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in a parking lot near Cherokee Lane and Lodi Avenue. Soto, along with 35-year-old Gerardo Maldonado De Santiago of Lodi, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. While De Santiago died at the scene, Soto was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
