Carlos Segoviano-Tapia, a 17-year-old from Lodi, California, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2015. The incident occurred on a Friday night when Lodi police responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Church Street and Turner Road. Upon arrival, officers found Carlos inside a car, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being discovered.
