Thomas Flores, a 20-year-old resident of Lodi, California, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2014. The incident occurred late at night while Flores and an 18-year-old friend were walking west on Railroad Avenue after leaving a nearby Burger King. As they walked, a vehicle approached, and someone inside opened fire, striking both young men.
