Death by Force

William Carter, an 83-year-old man from Los Angeles, was found dead on May 22, 2018, in the 3900 block of South Bronson Avenue in Leimert Park. His body was discovered alongside those of his wife, Orsie Lee Carter, 79, and her son, Phillip Steven White, 65. The trio had been brutally beaten and shot, with their bodies found in the bathroom of White's home.
