Ernesto David Villagomez, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 31, 2011, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 8:34 p.m. when Villagomez was leaving a liquor store on the 5100 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.
