Jamel Deionne Lewis, a 39-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2018. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Lewis was riding his bicycle west on West 11th Street in the Pico-Union area around 1 a.m. when he was shot.
