Victor Hugo Fregoso Cruz, a 26-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2018. The incident occurred at a Motel 6 located on Navy Drive in Stockton. On that fateful evening, around 9:25 p.m., Cruz was in a room at the motel when two suspects, Fernando Herrera and Jose Quintero, allegedly forced their way into the room and opened fire.
