Quiana Noble, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost her life on July 19, 2022. Quiana was shot and killed in a hail of gunfire outside a home on Astor Drive and Albany Drive. The incident occurred when a 16-year-old boy, who was also struck by gunfire, opened fire on Quiana and another woman. Quiana died in her younger sister's arms at the scene.
