Jevon Cael, a 26-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on June 4, 2018, in San Francisco's Bayview district. The incident occurred around 11:10 a.m. on the 1500 block of Oakdale Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene to find Jevon Cael lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
