Who shot and killed 22 year old Donald Brown? On the evening of February 13, 2011, 22-year-old African-American male Donald L. Brown was fatally shot in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the time of the incident, Donald was standing at the intersection of Soniat Street, conversing with a woman. Nearby, another man, recently released from jail, was in a car speaking with a different woman. A stranger approached the group and began firing in their direction. Donald was struck by the gunfire and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
