Who shot and killed 22 year old Donald Brown?
On a Sunday night in New Orleans, February 13, 2011, a young man named Donald L. Brown, a 22-year-old African-American male, was standing at an intersection on Soniat Street, engaged in a conversation with a woman. Nearby, another man was in his car, also talking with a female companion. The ordinary scene was shattered when an unknown individual approached and opened fire on the group. In the chaos that ensued, Brown was struck by the gunfire.
