Milan Rose Ardoin, a 28-year-old woman from Antioch, California, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2018. She was fatally shot along with her mother, Valinda Rose Scott, 55, in their home on Delta Fair Boulevard. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:20 a.m., when neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots.
