Valinda Rose Scott, aged 55, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2018, in Antioch, California. She and her daughter, Milan Rose Ardoin, 28, were both victims of a fatal shooting that occurred around 4:30 a.m. at their home on Delta Fair Boulevard. The incident left the community in shock, as both women were well-regarded and known for their quiet and kind nature. Valinda was taken to a hospital but succumbed to her injuries later that day, while Milan died at the scene.
