Kadeja Theresa Tidwell, a 24-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost her life on July 7, 2018, in a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred late Saturday night at the intersection of 102nd Avenue and International Boulevard in East Oakland. According to the Alameda County Coroner's office, Tidwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
