Anna Perez, a 24-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost her life on December 1, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:00 a.m., in a parking lot near 4th Street and Pacific Avenue. Perez was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a violent altercation between two groups of people.
