Alicia Faith Todd, a 21-year-old resident of Signal Hill, California, was tragically found dead in an alley on June 24, 2015, in Long Beach. The Long Beach Police Department responded to a call at 1:13 a.m. reporting a body in the alley behind East 21st Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Todd unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
