Manuela "Mona" Rodriguez, an 18-year-old mother from Long Beach, California, tragically lost her life on September 27, 2021. The incident occurred near Millikan High School when a Long Beach Unified School District safety officer, Eddie Gonzalez, responded to an altercation involving Rodriguez and several other individuals. As Rodriguez was leaving the scene in a car, Gonzalez fired into the vehicle, striking her in the head. She was taken to a hospital but succumbed to her injuries days later. ...
