Genoveva Rivera Robles, a 59-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost her life on July 20, 2019. On that fateful evening, she was inside her home located in the 1100 block of East 10th Street when she was struck by a stray bullet. The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. when gunfire erupted outside her residence.
