Victoria Codona Adolph, a renowned circus performer from the famous Codona family, passed away in 1983 at the age of 92. She was born in 1891 in Vera Cruz, Mexico, and became a celebrated slackwire artist. Throughout her career, she performed with prestigious circuses such as Barnum & Bailey and the Brothers Circus. Victoria retired from performing when she became pregnant with her first child and eventually settled in Palm Springs with her husband, William K. Adolph, a race car driver.
