Choua Vang, a 29-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2018, in what authorities have classified as a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in Elk Grove, a suburb of Sacramento, where police were dispatched to a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Elk Grove Boulevard, just east of Interstate 5.
