Abraham Sigal, aged 89, and his wife Regina Sigal, aged 86, were found dead in their Half Moon Bay home on January 5, 2019. The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call reporting a possible shooting at their residence on Terrace Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the bodies of the elderly couple, both with fresh gunshot wounds. The incident was quickly identified as a murder-suicide, with Abraham Sigal being the 911 caller.
