Jose Albert Holguin

Jose Albert Holguin, a 31-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2019, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner's records, the incident occurred near East 1st and South Soto streets.
