Ricco Donnell Holland, a 38-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on June 13, 2015, in the Vermont Square neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Holland was standing outside a market on the 1700 block of West Vernon Avenue shortly before 8:30 p.m. when he exchanged words with two men.
