Othon Arciniega, a 21-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on March 8, 2019, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 12:15 p.m. in the 600 block of North Lagoon Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s records, Arciniega was walking south on North Lagoon Avenue when he was approached by multiple assailants who began shooting at him.
