Victor Roman Dominguez

Victor Roman Dominguez, a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2019. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Raymond A. Spruance Court in South Bakersfield. On that evening, around 8:02 p.m., officers responded to a call reporting an assault. Upon arrival, they found Dominguez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
