Julio Cesar Solis Arellano, a 25-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, was tragically found dead on November 22, 2021. His body was discovered in the early hours of the morning, around 1:23 a.m., in the 5200 block of Panama Lane. The Kern County Coroner's Office confirmed that Solis Arellano had been fatally shot. The exact timing of the shooting remains unclear, and the circumstances leading up to the incident are still under investigation.
