Julio Urbina, a 31-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2019, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. Urbina was returning home from a baby shower when he was gunned down on the sidewalk in the 1500 block of East Young Street around 1:45 a.m. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported that a vehicle, possibly a dark-colored SUV, approached Urbina, and an individual exited the vehicle, fired multiple shots, and then fled the scene.
