Nathaniel Joseph Ancar, a 40-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2016. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. when Ancar was driving north on South San Pedro Street in Florence. According to reports, another vehicle pulled up alongside his white Chevrolet Tahoe, and an individual inside the vehicle opened fire.
