Patrick Keaton, a 19-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2015. On that fateful day, Keaton was standing on the sidewalk in the 1100 block of East 52nd Street in the Central-Alameda neighborhood when an SUV approached.
