Sandra Portillo de Sanchez, aged 45, tragically lost her life on July 10, 2019, in Parlier, California. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 14000 block of Manning Avenue, where witnesses reported a domestic disturbance. Shortly after, calls were made to report shots fired.
