Leticia, a dedicated real estate agent, was among the four victims who were fatally shot by Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez. The incident occurred when Gonzalez, armed with a semi-automatic handgun, locked the gates to the building and opened fire, killing Leticia, the office owner Luis Tovar, 50, Jenevieve Raygoza, 28, and her nine-year-old brother, Matthew Farias. A fifth victim survived but remained in critical condition.
The suspect, Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez, had personal and business relationships with the victims, which led authorities to believe the attack was targeted.
