Jenevieve Arlene Raygoza, also known as Genevieve Tovar, was tragically killed on March 31, 2021, in a mass shooting at a business complex in Orange, California. She was 28 years old. The incident occurred at Unified Homes, a mobile home brokerage business owned by her father, Luis Tovar.
