Samantha Hayes Banegas, a 22-year-old resident of El Cajon, California, tragically lost her life on January 3, 2018, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide incident in Ramona, California. Samantha was found dead at a residence on Del Amo Road, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound. The suspect in this tragic event was identified as Bryan Hinkle, a 35-year-old man from Ramona.
