Thien Hoang Phan, a 32-year-old resident of Irvine, California, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2019, in Garden Grove, CA. The incident occurred during an illegal marijuana transaction. Phan was found fatally shot in the backyard of a residence on the 9600 block of Westminster Avenue. The Garden Grove Police Department responded to reports of gunshots and discovered Phan with multiple gunshot wounds.
