Steven Falcon, a 32-year-old resident of Selma, California, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2019, in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. while Falcon was in his garage on Saginaw and Mitchell avenues. During the shooting, his 6-year-old stepdaughter was also struck in the leg but survived her injuries.
