Edward "Eddie" Rosas, a 17-year-old from Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2019. The incident occurred in the afternoon on Coral Lane near the New Day Community Church, where Eddie was a dedicated volunteer. He was shot around 4:30 p.m. and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital shortly after.
