Marshawn Black, a 22-year-old resident of Stockton, California, was tragically killed on November 30, 2013. Black was gunned down outside his apartment in the 6400 block of West Lane following an argument at a local restaurant. The confrontation, which began at BJ's Restaurant, escalated when Sarim Chabb, a 33-year-old woman, ordered her brother, Sarath Chab, and another accomplice, Brian Oth, to "take care of" Black.
