Ralph Vigil, a 51-year-old resident of Turlock, California, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2020, as a result of a shooting incident. The Turlock Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 1100 block of North Golden State Boulevard, where they discovered Ralph Vigil had been fatally shot. The investigation quickly identified two suspects involved in the incident: Jose Luis Andrade, Jr., and Isabel Patricia Pastran, both 19 years old and residents of Atwater, California. ...Read More
