Carlos Giovany Susarrey, a 26-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life in a deadly shooting on February 28, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in Southwest Bakersfield. According to reports, the Bakersfield Police Department responded to a call at approximately 2:10 a.m. regarding shots fired in the area of Pacino Court and Hartford Avenue.
