Teena Louise Maldonado, a 38-year-old Latina, tragically lost her life on May 3, 2020, in Compton, California. She was shot and killed in the 600 block of North Santa Fe Avenue. On that fateful evening, deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call regarding a gunshot victim.
