Samantha Bustos Vital, a 15-year-old Latina, was tragically found dead on March 25, 2018, in Compton, California. Samantha, a student at New Designs Charter School in Willowbrook, had gone out with friends on the evening of March 22 and never returned home. Her family reported her missing after she failed to come back the following day.
