On July 7, 2012, 28-year-old African American male Terrell Walker was fatally shot in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Algiers neighborhood, a community situated on the west bank of the Mississippi River. Walker was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
