Davaun McNeal, an 18-year-old from Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2020. The incident occurred in the 10900 block of Beverly Avenue in East Oakland. On that fateful day, at approximately 3:29 PM, the Oakland Police Department received reports of gunfire in the area.
